Blisstech became our IT Support Partner in April 2022. The transition from our previous provider was really easy as Matt and the team walked us through each step to ensure the transition went well. Since that date we have been really impressed with the operational monitoring and threat management, the monthly bespoke performance reporting, the advice and support we have received as our company has grown, and the guidance and support we have received for things such as our Cyber Essentials application process. We were looking to purchase a new computer monitor and reached out to our connections to ask for recommendations. We didnt need anything fancy, and we did have a budget in mind, but we give our IT equipment a lot of work to do, so it needed to be robust. Matt from Blisstech was one several IT companies suggested to us and after several conversations, it was really obvious to me that Blisstech have the right attitude about customer service. Not only were we given options, all within budget, to choose from but all of our questions were answered openly and honestly. The customer care didnt stop there, the items we needed were ordered within a few days with an offer of personal delivery and set up all thrown in as well. We started working with Matt at BlissTech Solutions when we needed to look at streamlining our IT process and taking our server online. We wanted to be flexible and be able to switch seamlessly from an office based working environment to working remotely. Matt was very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. As we all know when we start a new business there are hundred and one things to think about, and what we need to spend money on can feel overwhelming. I work from my study at home using a desk top computer and laptop and from day one I have been concerned about my IT security and data protection issues and wanted the right person to take care of this for me. Matt has been amazing, he has ensured I am set up correctly and that my desktop & laptop talk to one another. Matt has not only given me the comfort of knowing I am protected from all these scary IT things, and my systems are set up correctly, but he also resolves all any little questions I have regarding areas such as the cloud, dropbox, explorer, sharepoint and anything else that crops up that I have no clue about. I know my IT is in safe hands now so I am confident in recommending him to people I know, as I know I can trust him to do his utmost to support them in whatever they need.

I cant recommend Matt and his team at Blisstech Solutions enough. To be honest, Im not entirely sure what they do but thats exactly why I know I need them. Im a complete technophobe. I have no idea how my computer works, what cyber space is, or how secure (or not) my data is. So getting Blisstech on board, with all their geeky (but indispensable) knowledge was a no-brainer. Having peace of mind that you have an expert team looking after your computer systems, data and cyber security is immensely important as a business. There are so many scary stories of data loss and hacking scams, we knew we needed the support of a tech-savvy expert to help us manage risk and protect against cybercrime. This isnt just important for us in terms of protecting our own data, but also for our customers who rely on our professional integrity to keep their personal details and information safe.
