I'VE FOUND THE STAFF TO BE BOTH PLEASANTAND ACCOMMODATING. WHAT LETS THE BRANCH DOWN IS THE LIVE INFORMATION ON OPENING. BLAME HEADQUARTERS FOR THAT, SINCE YOU CANT RING THE BRANCH DIRECTLY YOU ARE INTO A WASTED JOURNEY.

Often unhelpful. Very pernickety about cheques. I've used the bank for many years, yet they seem to make a presumption that I am trying to commit cheque fraud. A telephone call to Lloyds confirmed that the cheques I had were valid and can be accepted, however it is at the managers discretion. Confirming that the bank staff either don't like me or enjoy winding people up. Thankfully, cheques are rare now.

My wife went into this branch being our local small bank we like to use their services to keep them open but after trying to pay a cheque into our account was questioned on it and then asked to put a face mask on in not a very nice tone by the cashier as she was wearing a very thick scarf covering her face she pointed this out to the member of staff to be tutted at I suggest the manager briefs the staff as to Lloyds t@cs witch states face coverings and not mask after all this cheque has been returned today by Lloyds for a problem that does not exist so Ive complained to head office about the attitude of cleobury staff I will never use this branch again and without customers will ultimately close so when it does Lloyds its not for the want of customers using it the blame falls at youre staff with attitudes
