CM Bespoke have been caring for my mum, who has Primary Progressive MS, for the past 7 months. She requires a very bespoke and delicate care package with a double up of carers. The Management have always worked with me to ensure my mum's needs are addressed as much as possible even though it is a difficult package for them to manage with so many calls needed each day with a double up of staff. I can't thank them enough for their kind, caring, responsive and professional service that they provide. They not only provide a dedicated service to my mum, but they are kind and courteous to my step dad and to me, keeping us up to date with any issues that need medical or extra attention. The staff are like family, nothing is too difficult and they treat us and my mum's home with respect and care. Since the start they have been honest and polite with what is acceptable and what is expected of both parties and have always followed up with regular calls to ensure things are going well. My mum needs alot of help with medical and personal care, using aids and adaptations, which the staff are fully trained to use and instill a huge sense of confidence for my mum which makes her more relaxed and comfortable. I just wish we had found them sooner. Keep up the fantastic work!

We wanted support for mom, she needs checking on with food/meals etc. on a daily basis, the first weeks visits went ok but there was no real communication from the carers and the office with ourselves. We were promised a link to look at all comments regarding mom's care, and this never happened, and they sent carers out on the one day of the week 'A Sunday' which we didn't ever request!....'And we won't be paying for this!...even our social worker agreed that she did not request Sundays!..also they would turn up at 4 pm to give mom her tea, when she wasn't ready for it as too early, when I asked about making this later the manager just told me 'that's all we can do at the moment for your mom!...hasten to say the arrangement only lasted 2 weeks! ...not very impressed...I HAVE A DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK SO KNEW WHAT I WANTED FOR MY MOM!!
