What an amazing site! Thoughtfully planned and very clean site, creative & energy-busting dog walk and fab views. Definitely planning a return visit!

We stayed for a few nights on the way home in our motorhome. A very friendly helpful lady welcomed us and showed us to our pitch. A lovely clean site & all the hedges & public areas well maintained. Clean and modern shower block, with a keypad entry. Fab dog wash which was 1 for 10 minutes, warm water & professional dryer. Laundry facilities. They also have some campsite supplys eg tent pegs and green loo cleaner for sale. Which was handy as it was so windy we needed more pegs for the awning! Each pitch has there own TV aerial, grey waste, Elsan point, EHU & water. There are 3 paddocks for dog walks. They all had areas of long grass, which I know is for wildlife but sadly it is also an excuse for people to not pick up poo. There were lots of seasonal caravan pitches and I can see why as this site is well placed for exploring IF you have a car. As we were in a motorhome we park up and then walk so for us there was nowhere to go other than the dog walks as it is on a main road and far to busy to walk along. It is on a main road so access is good & they have security barriers so very safe and secure. But there is also lots of road noise and motorbikes zooming past at night. There is a pub right next to the site but sadly it doesn't allow dogs in so we didn't go in. I think there is an area outside you could sit & they do do takeaways. So all in all a nice site, but you need a car to get out and about. So feel I we had a caravan it would be 5 stars & a great place for a seasonal pitch
