Great customer service. Attentive and helpful staff. I needed a dress for a wedding quickly. So I bought it off the rack and had it altered. I can't speak for the custom order experience. But my overall experience was positive. I visited a few times prior to purchase, the staff weren't pushy and were very patient and helpful. They had it ready in a week and texted and called me when it was ready.

Good bridal range they provide very modern and classic designs. I kind of served myself as I knew what I wanted. If you're buying partywear from bidaai then good luck as staff do little to show you different designs and alternatives to what you're looking for.
