Having heard about Black Badge through a youtube Review of their RS3 (my dream car), I decided to get in touch with them as my 25th birthday was coming up and I felt like treating myself. I phoned the number on their instagram page and the Managing Director, Waseem, instantly picked up. We ended up chatting for 30 minutes about our shared passion for cars and business. We set a date and time, discussed the price, and booked it in. When hire day came around, I showed up early as I was so excited. I phoned Waseem who came down and met me. We walked down to their storage facility and had a look around all of their cars together. We inspected the RS3, signed the paper work, and I was given a full tutorial session on the sat nav, music etc. It truly felt as if I had just bought the car, which personally, is exactly the experience that I was hoping to have had. Waseem and his team are all very hardworking and dedicated to ensuring that the service they provide is second to none and I can without a doubt say that it was the best rental experience Ive ever had, (Ive had many at this point). They went above and beyond at every junction, making me feel very valued, not to mention the quality of the car, every angle was flawless, including the interior, and I am OCD for details. I had a fantastic 24 hours with the car, and my girlfriend loved the experience too, seeing me that happy and of course the heated seats! The only disappointing part was having to give the car back. I look forward to my 26th! Thanks again!

I cannot explain the experience I had in words enough. I hired the Audi RS3 from the company. I found Black Badge by luck and gave them a call with the hope that I can form a level of trust with a company I know nothing about. I hire vehicles a lot as I am really fond of experiencing such powerful machines. I have hired from a max of 10 different rental companies across my whole life but non meet the standard of respect I received from Black Badge. I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager of the company and we spoke for half an hour about cars. You can tell in his voice how enthusiastic he is about cars. It really made me feel like I am speaking to the right person. Customer service skill 10/10, soft spoken, informative and genuinely excited for you to be hiring this amazing vehicle. I also had the pleasure of being greeted by the Director of the company who also was an enthusiast and explained the specs of the car that I am hiring. He wanted me to know the car inside out so I can feel like it were my own for the period I was hiring for, a personal touch. Black Badge is my new go to place for hiring. Hope to do business with them really soon.

I am the Director of Essex Supplements and have recently opened my own shop I wanted to create more traction to my shop front and decided to get in contact with Black Badge Automobiles to use some of there Vehicles. They understood my vision and very kindly allowed me to print my company logos on there cars. I had them parked outside my shop for the weekend and everyone who walked past wanted to know more about Essex Supplements. It was refreshing meeting like minded individuals who are driven and always striving for perfection. Working alongside Black Badge on this project has also given my team an understanding of customer service and how to drive sales.

A Real Driving Experience. Down to earth, extremely knowledgeable staff, who are not only major car enthusiasts, but also very aware of how to conduct business professionally, and left no worries on my end as a new customer. Granted, the collection of cars at present may not be the largest, but each vehicle shown to me was by FAR the best specification I had seen, absolute beauties. Also strongly recommend having a chat with one of the staff over the phone as they explained to me very well what was so unique about each car they have available. All in all, the whole process in itself was stress free at every stage, and I look forward to becoming a returning customer.
