I rent from this agent for 4 years and changed the house in the middle. They are very helpful and everything was easy when changing the property. Thet did everything from start to finish and keep me informed every step. Now I have moved to a different agent and I can tell the difference. I am regreting leaving this agent, this new agent they charge for everthing. Once we got locked outside and manager for this agent Ali came and he did not go until we were in the house. When i was moving out I had to stay 5 days after my rent date but they did not charge me for extra days and give my full deposit back. I recommend this agent for sure and I will go back to this agent even if i have to wait for the property. Thank you very much for your help.

Awaiting rental deposit. 6 months now. Hard to contact, no choice after multiple messages. Leaving this review. Avoid this company. Rental of Nova House in Slough, which is a fire hazardous building.

This guy is a cheat, still owe me rent for more than a yr. He lies through his teeth. He charged me for HMO fee while house was not even a HMO. I showed him plenty of sympathy but he does not deserve any. I'm gathering affected ppl on a platform to teach him a lesson by going legal against him. Pls contact me if interested. I have written proof of his 100s of false promises... @Ali sheikh if you want to challenge, I ll upload all here

AVOID THIS AGENCY I rented a house from this agency on 15 January 2020. But in short time I had big issues in house. All time wheniI called him, he didn't say *no *but did not fix, all time find reason (accident car, issue wich other house, more lies). In August, the landlord who has this house called me and him told me the agency didn't paid him because I didn't pay my rent, this isn't true, I paid every months and I provided the landlord that. Because the landlord has 2 houses at this agency but Mr Ali Manager from agency did not paid money from house, the landlord gave up to this agency and I continued to rent this house with other contract between me and landlord. My contract finishes on 19 November, but the agency did not my money from deposit, all time he tried find other lies for that. Now Ali, the manager, promised me in first of February he will send mail and transfer me money in my account, but he didn't nothing. In conclusion I will go in court for my deposit. And NO, NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY. IF I CAN CHOOSE 0 STAR, THIS I Choose. All recenzie are from his friends!!! Edit Upgrade The deposit doesn't 't have any connection with pandemie, deposit must to be protect!!!! I have contract with landlord direct from 19 December 2019,which I prove in Small Court, your agency doesn't have any connection with me and landlord. You have the obligation to give me my deposit back and I transfer this to account's landlord. This is correct!!! On the other way you block my phone and my landlord's phone. I will recommend NEVER CHOOSE THIS AGENCY
