        AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!Terrible customer service bought fridge developed fault within 20 days. They Keep trying to pass the buck on to manufacturer even though they sold us the fridge. Awful customer service but elsewhere wish we did

        1 star is too good for them I would rate them minus 10. Do not purchase from this company they lack integrity and do not care about customer service. They have lost a customer for life. Better off going to John Lewis. A real let down to the high street. I purchased a TV for delivery. The driver cancelled the delivery twice while I was at home without bothering to turn up. I no longer want it because of their poor service and they refuse to refund me until they receive the TV which was never delivered to me. Outrageous why should I have to wait for a refund for a product Ive never received. None of their systems allow any feedback from the customer they dont answer phones and you cant reply to their emails.
