Great service from both people I dealt with, they were polite and friendly. Great atmosphere and energy in the shop. Nikita who dealt with me personally did her best to resolve my issue, in the most prodessiknal and efficient way possible.

Too bad could not get the phone even though it has been a week since we asked for the upgrade, and while upgrading they said it will be here next day itself also nobody answers the call when u call the store and no response when u come to the store as well really awful service!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! My elderly father-in-law went in as he needed help with his phone, but somehow they convinced him he needed a new phone. Him being old and not tech savvy, the young lady called Sajeeda took advantage of an old man, he now has a contract of 94 per month. When he went back in to say he didn't want it (because we showed him that he had been ripped off) they refused to refund him or cancel his contract after a week of having this phone. Unfortunately I live in Scotland because if I was in London I would have made a BIG scene in that store. Its disgusting how these people take advantage of old pensioner. I will be complaining to EE about that store and how Sam the manager was unwilling to help him.
