        EDIT: after my below review, the owner gave an excuse, and asked me to remove my review. I left this review because today want the first time the staff have been late opening. Last time I made the mistake of booking my exam in for the first slot of the day, and I was there worrying until someone turned up 20 mins after my exam was supposed to start. Always late opening. I turned up at 10:30 today for an 11am exam. They eventually turned up and I checked in at 11:05 (35 minutes after they opened, and when I turned up)
