Bought a matching mother daughter outfit from here, and its currently Eid day and Ive put my clothes on and the shalwar and shameez both have ripped. The cheapest quality material. A 55 outfit from the simran brand I havent even put my daughters outfit on yet and I fear the same will happen. Thanks for selling expensive but cheap quality clothes and ruining peoples Eid.

I ordered for Eid and recieved zero updates even after a week. After days of calling and no one picking up, my call was finally picked up only for me to be told that I was issued a refund because the dress isn't available. Why take my money if that's the case? I will be waiting for this refund and NEVER shopping here again!

I thought these were exclusive designs. Only went few shops down and found EXACT same item for 20 cheaper. Went back 10mins after asked for a refund and they refused. I wouldnt bother wasting money here definitely shop around. And one of the ladies was extremely rude saying theres noway on earth you can ever get a refund. The suit I was left with had beads missing and damage on the actual material. But they were not interested and they didnt have anymore in stock either. Be aware of these Asian shops they love to scam their own kind.

absolutely shocking customer service. rang up about an outfit I recieved which was not what I had ordered. their website is completely deceiving and when calling your told to email or do a live chat (to which no one responds to) as well as no one responding to your emails when wanting a refund! disgusting. if only I lived closer would I be able to go into the store. that's my 150 gone down the drain for a company that clearly doesn't value customers and deceives them into think they are getting what they see when really they aren't.
