        I purchased some trim online. They were late in dispatching it. I contacted them several times for an update on postal with no response. The item was eventually dispatched some 10 days after the purchase was made. However, the item didn't arrive. Tried several times to get in touch for a refund or a replacement and as before i had no reply to any of my communications. I then got PayPal resolution involved and they didn't respond to their attempts either. I have no option but to open a case to get a refund!. Absolutely shocking the lack of disregard you show your customers. NOT a company i would purchase from again!
