They are the worst! The kept my order for 10 days then asked me to pick it up from the warehouse. I relied on them and bit my hands after. Worst worst!!

Ordered something online, sent the wrong parcel barely get an apology out of them - spoke to the manger. Useless then hangs up on me. Had doubts about using this site should have went with my gut instinct. I wouldnt recommend using them plenty of better options out there to buy your family clothes from.

Worst customer care service ever. They've deactivated their chat, and "all of the agents are busy right now," - making it impossible to contact the company by phone. I have been trying to contact the company for over a month now! I would very much like to be answered. Or I'll gladly sue it. It will cost me more than my refund, but I might actually help other customers.

Amazing customer service!! There was a delay on my order, I called and spoke to Vincent and explained why I needed the items ASAP. Vincent who was very professional, and understanding advised that he would see what he could do, and call me back within the hour. I honestly thought I would have to chase for an update, but I didnt. He called back swiftly, and to my surprise, he ensured the items were delivered to me exactly when he said it would be. Not only that, but the order was boxed and wrapped up beautifully!!!. Definitely a 5 Star experience shopping here! Thank you so much for saving the day and ensuring my sons birthday was not ruined! Vincent was exceptional during the entire experience, I honestly couldnt credit him enough. Thank you!!!

I purchased a Moncler coat, after owning the jacket for a couple of months the jackets inside stitching had come away due to faulty manufacturing, so far they have made me wait 4 weeks for a response on the issue and have refused to replace or refund my purchase, they offered to send it off for repairs
