The theme running through these reviews seems to be that the customer meets either a member of staff who cares or a member of staff who doesn't care. Big thanks to the young lady, perhaps from Eastern Europe, who cared enough to try to help me yesterday ( I couldn't see any name badges). The other staff I interacted with, rather than see me as a saver whose money helps to pay their wages appeared to see me as more of a bother. The gentleman at the 'help' desk behaved abruptly towards me and was rude to other customers - all within earshot of the manager. In the end I left with no answer to my question. 45 minutes wasted. I see they have a stock response to poor reviews about 'falling short of expectations'. They may get better reviews if the manager chose to recognise the issues and tackle them rather than responding with platitudes. Let's return to the days when building societies put their members first.

In first world country the third class bank i have ever seen in my life , customer service is very bad and very rude staff they know nothing about banking system . Im gonna switch my account ASAP from there .
