        Im a usual customer but I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and asked her to thread and trim my eyebrows and she cut off half of it whilst also making them a lot thinner when I specifically said just a tidy up! Was also on the phone for a long period of time while I was waiting. Despite going all the time, I will not be returning again. I think it was a different woman that who normally does my eyebrows but Im very disappointed. Will never be returning. Service: Eyebrow threading
