Woodland Escapes

A beautiful location nestled on the hillside in the Shropshire hills. Well equipped cabin, brilliant wood burner. Wood fired hot tub for two out on the deck. Owls hooting all night, pheasants running past. The owners two dogs coming to say hi. What a lovely place to stay. Thank you Penny for your hospitality and for sharing your garden of Eden. We stayed in the star dome and it was decorated beautifully inside. The bed was extremely comfortable and was so snug even in January. Wood burning hot tub was great and you had everything you needed for cooking, cutlery etc. We ordered the hampers for breakfast and one full of local meats etc, extremely good value for money, there was so much in them it was a nice surprise, and the logs provided for 6 a basket was a bargain. Such a lovely place and set up would thoroughly recommend you stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Thank you Penny.

What a beautiful place! Weve just returned from our stay at Rowan Tree lodge and absolutely couldnt fault our stay! From the stunning accommodation, to the beautiful views, to the wood-fired hot tub whats not to love? Even the small little touches like leaving us comfy dressing gowns we didnt even realise wed need. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back! I would say our only negative from the stay that we never got to meet the wonderful Darcy that features in the welcome pack, we had a sausage ready and waiting
