        Walked in on the off chance for some single ball bearings. The girl on the counter was an absolute pleasure! Great customer service.

        Just not a helpful company, asked about some bearings a week ago, said I could travel up with a bearing, which they said "that would be great" got there on a Saturday only to be told I needed to take the shaft it was sat on, could have done that if requested the day before, didn't have chance to call back same day, so just spoke to someone now on the phone, couldn't be less helpful, all in all, had to pay $30 to have 2 x $5 bearings posted from the USA, all because someone couldn't be bothered to offer any sort of help at all. I come to the shop with the bearing, and you were unable to get an accurate measurement with a Vernier caliper, I took the measurements with my caliper, and the place in the USA could find exactly what I wanted. How hard was that?
