Poor customer service, contacting this dealer upon handover is arguably more difficult than drawing blood from a stone. Wholly deceptive and predatory in that they fail to disclose potential issues and/or advisories on the vehicle before purchase. This doesnt appear to be an isolated incident either, from the looks of these reviews. You could argue that this is just standard business practice and that you should purchase diligently, and to that Id argue that, that further enforces my point in that theres a lack of customer care here. If youre looking for reliable vehicles with a focus on being taken care of as a customer (particularly as a first time car owner) before, upon and after purchasing - I would wholeheartedly advise you look elsewhere as this dealer will fall short of your expectations, immensely. In all honesty, on any other occasion - I would be inclined to give them a 1-star rating, however (solely) on the basis that they supplied me with my first car at a time I needed it, Ill give them some credit. 2 stars.

I bought a 2013 Ford focus from here a few weeks ago, I've never dealt with them previously. I waited before writing a review until i had got to know the car a bit. All of these negative reviews referring to rude unhelpful floor staff and the owners not willing to sort out any problems or communicate with customers is the absolute opposite of what I experienced. I went to view the car on a Sunday, it was very busy, people everywhere looking at cars and lots of cars available for viewing in the showroom. I requested to see the car I had viewed on the auto trader site which was quickly located by the floor staff and i was told to feel free to have a good look around it, the keys were in the driver side door pocket so I could start the engine and have a look around without the pressure of any pushy salesmen. I was told to just go and give one of them a shout if i had any questions or wanted a test drive. I requested a test drive and the staff quickly moved several other cars around to be able to get mine out of the showroom, it was no bother to them at all. After a test drive I decided to put a deposit on the car and take out the extended warranty which in my opinion is just common sense when buying any car, new or used. I collected the car a few days later and then unfortunately when I was nearly home I realised that the front screen wash wasn't working, I rang them straight away and I was told to just take it back and they would get it sorted which they did. I've since had the car serviced by my regular trusted garage and all is well, I'm definitely pleased with my purchase. If you are looking for a gift of the gab salesman trying to sell you everything he's got and a show room full of potted plants then this is not the place for you, however if you are looking for a chilled out viewing experience with friendly approachable staff, no pressure to buy and reasonably priced cars then give this place a look. I would return here myself and would recommend to a friend.

Travelled all the way from Birmingham. Floor staff were brilliant, moved cars for us to take out for test drives. When it came to buying the sales staff were not so friendly, asked to discount the cost of the car being purchased as the handle was missing, but no. Not very professional the lady and man in sales started to mess about with each other play fighting. Unprofessional!!
