Terrible customer service. I ordered the heads and cills for three properties from this company. The order arrived a day later than scheduled. Each pallet came with a packaging note listing what should have been present within. When my team on-site came to open the pallets, three days later, there was at least one head or cill missing from each pallet. I assumed this would be a genuine and honest mistake and contacted the company immediately asking if it would be possible to go and collect the missing items that had been paid for pro-forma. I was told that it is company policy that any missing items have to be brought to their attention within 48 hours and sent another invoice for the missing items. Items that had already been paid for once and missed off by their own packing staff. Shocking.
