Did a great job installing new tap and dishwasher. Half the price of what the dishwasher company wanted and much neater job. Multitalented so able to do a great job tiling around new tap as well where other plumbers might have just left it at the tap. Quick to respond and very flexible

I had an integrated Hotpoint dishwasher installed by a Hotpoint engineer and theyd done a poor job with the fitting. I called AH Property Maintinance to see if they could have a look and correct the installation so that it was flush and fitted properly. They came the same day and straightened it out so its now in keeping with the rest of the kitchen. They came when they said they would, did a great job at a competitive price in a friendly manner. These will be my go-to for property Maintinance in the future. Thank you.

I contacted Allen over the weekend regarding a leak in our bathroom, Allen came out to assess our problem the very next day and then fixed it for us a day later. I found his services fantastic, he arrived exactly when he said he would and did everything he said he would, resolving our problem completely. He was extremely professional throughout and we are very happy with the works he completed. I would highly recommend the company to anyone needing any property services.

Allen Hanson came out same day as i rang him to an emergency window job and made it safe for overnight as it was a downstairs window, he returned the next day to repair it as agreed, i was impressed with his reliability and punctuality that i asked him to my door and kitchen windows that were misting up between the pains, i will not hesitate in using his services again in the future, i found him very reliable, professional and decently priced and would highly recommend him.Thankyou Allen for 3 jobs well done
