        I can not not thank the staff at birch park enough for the care they gave to mum from management to kitchen staff every member of staff cared and supported my mum and us as a family Jackie is amazing and so supportive Anna and Michelle mum loved them and had many a joke with them and they were our rock too it is certainly somewhere I would recommend we certainly felt part of the birch park family and will miss coming to see you guys too

        Even though the staff did do a fine job, but the only reason they get 4 stars and not 5 stars, is that when my mum passed away there, a member of staff said she was sleeping and not relised she died until she checked on my mum and relised that she died.

        I've worked here for the last 5 weeks and I love it here...the home is beautiful and the care here is by far the best I've seen in all the 14 years I've been in the care industry. The managers and care team are a credit to the care industry....more happy years to come
