Was up to myself as the customer to make them aware they had overcharged. They accepted this was the case after taking payment. So ne careful! - Forgot to stamp my service book on the past 3 occasions. Told it's all available online. Advised I know this is the case but still courtesy to stamp due to future sale. - Overcharged 80 at point of sale. Unhappy to give more as an apology for their mistake. - Did not wash and vac on day as arranged. Staff sickness. Inconvenience having a dirty van for business use the next day. - Unable to give a detailed breakdown of costs for under bonnet repair. Told priced as a whole it would be 900. - Had to go into the shop on 2 occasions to make them aware of errors made in invoice, fuel treatment listed listed as petrol (diesel van). Ask for service book stamping as it was missed on last 2 times vehicle has been in for service. (500 in service cost, these details should not be missed) - Customer service from Kevin was appalling and unacceptable. He was not useful at anything and needs training in all areas. Raised his voice on the phone call, I was not having him talking to customers paying a substantial sum for a full service in this way. Do not deal with this bully type person. Filed a complaint.

I bought my 2nd Fiesta ST from this garage in October 2022 as the service I received with my 1st ST was excellent, not so much with this one. After 4 months the paint started to peel and I took it back to them, didnt want to know, said it was prone to stone chips and would charge me to put it right. I got Ford involved and I am now getting it put right under warranty with a Ford dealership. I will not be recommending this garage to family n friends, nor will I be bringing it back for the annual service. Only gave it one star as I couldnt leave it blank and give a review.
