I didnt realise how much I hate the noise a kettle makes until I changed to an instant hot tap from The Tap Factory! I save so much time on a morning. It feels like going back in time now when I go to someone elses house and have to use/wait for their kettle to boil. I dont know what I was doing before without my instant hot water tap! I love it and wouldnt be without one again! Its cheaper to run that I thought, I havent seen a change on my energy bills either.

Purchased the 4 in 1 hot water tap from The Tap Factory. There were one or two parts missing but you have to say the customer service was perfect. I messaged them on a Sunday over a bank holiday weekend not expecting a reply until the Tuesday but they messaged me straight back, and the parts were with me by the Thursday. It was a little complicated to fit and the instructions not great but once we had spoken with customer services we got it sorted. We gave up on the filtered water as the push on fitting just blew off causing water everywhere. The boiling tap is brilliant and I would never go back to a kettle now. Considering the price of this lovely tap compared to others on the market it is a great buy.
