Lewis and his team have just fitted a new roof and new fascia and soffits. They were pleasant and polite and went about their work without intruding on us going about our day. They even worked when we the really strong winds a couple of week ago. The quality of the products are excellent and Im so pleased with the finish both inside the loft and outside. I even got them back to change the spouting and fascia on a lower extension, Lewis came the day after I messaged and completed this work. I can highly recommend them and the price was reasonable for the work I had done. Services: Roof installation, Gutter installation

*** I've updated my review after speaking to the owner *** He was saying the below was due to a rogue employee who no longer works for the company. I feel thorough vetting / checks should be carried out prior to taking on any employee. The below is relevant and constructive feedback and is an accurate record of what happened so am leaving it here as reference. Lewis offered a reasonable quote over the phone but when the sub-contractors he sent turned up to look and quote, the price jumped up by 1000!! They were saying they would need to use scaffolding and that they couldn't do the job without it. They then turned up unannounced on my doorstep a few weeks later saying they could do the job way cheaper than they had originally quoted for and that they could do it using a ladder after all. Lewis is the most genuine and forthcoming roofer. We used him to build and slate a roof of a 4000sq ft property with 2 dormers and 3 gables all using Spanish slate. After getting several roofers out Lewis was the most forthcoming and knowledgeable and areas other roofers could not grasp due to how complex the roof was. Lewis and his team came out and started straight away and they've done an amazing job-everyone that has seen the roof has complimented. I have made an excellent friend in Lewis and his whole team who all worked extremely professionally throughout and nothing was too much trouble for him.
