        I had originally placed an order online but didn't receive a confirmation of dispatch, so phoned up the service team. I spoke to Victoria who was very patient at guiding me through the various options and it turns out I had ordered the wrong item in the first place, so I am really glad I ended up speaking to her! Thank-you so much Victoria for your time with me yesterday - amazing customer service! :)
