Really pleased with this food. My youngest dog has severe allergies so had to be put on a hydrolysed diet. This is the only food we have found that she doesnt react to. Shes thrilled as she loves this food and Im very happy to be able to get her off hydrolysed dog food. The customer service has been very good too.

My cockapoo Charlie is a very fussy eater! He would get bored with regular dog food after eating a meal or two which led us to keep changing his food (various kibble and meat pouches with gravy). After trying Pure we no longer need to do that. He loves the food! His favourites are the chicken with greens and strawberries, and the lamb with coconut and sweet potato. No more full bowls of food left lying around! We add a bit more water than stated on the bag because that's the way he likes it. Once you add the warm water it smells good enough to eat yourself! Our 7 month old rescue Standard Poodle had awful tummy issues. We transitioned him onto Pure from the kibble that came from the rescue center and within 2 weeks he was so much better. When the first full order of the food arrived, for some reason, one of the flavours that he had been fine with during transition (duck) just didn't agree with him - poomageddon, I'm still in therapy. However, one call to the customer service helpline, and a lovely chap Michael arranged for the duck food to be collected and replaced with the salmon that he was doing well with. Replacement delivered and old food collected the very next day, and we're back on track. He loves the food, and I love the service - win/win
