Ive been a gas engineer 10+ years, this is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Very rude and unprofessional. This is the first and last time Ill be dealing with this company. No wonder they have terrible reviews. If anyone is reading this AVOID AVOID AVOID. If I could give 0 stars I would

I purchased and had a Vokera easi flo multi point water heater installed September 2019 after previous 2 Brittany corvec boilers which we're brilliant and lasted a combined 35years were no longer available. If I could give the company minus 5 stars I would they shouldn't even be trading that's how bad their product was. The water heater is the worst appliance I have ever purchased, first few years after it was installed the water would take ages to warm up after after wasting loads of water, then come out extremely hot for a minute, then go cold again and then hot again after having it for 3 years the boiler kept switching off, and I could see a green flash like it was sparking from inside the unit. I contacted vokera customer services to try and sort out a repair, who advised me that I would have to pay 299 to have it looked at by their gas safe engineer and that if parts were required that would be extra, plus if the parts cost more than 450 they wouldn't bother repairing and write it off, but that I would still has to pay a substantial fee. The boiler is useless and my wife and I who are disabled and on a low income, have had to fork out 650 for a new boiler, but we have now gone with an Ariston which I hope will prove to be more reliable than the Vokera, at a time when we're all struggling with the current cost of living crisis, plus energy companies and water companies asking us not to waste energy and water, to help save the environment. I wouldn't recommend the company or their product, nor the ridiculous after sales services they offer to any unsuspecting customers, stay away from Vokera Easi flo multi point water heaters, they are a complete waste of time. I wished I could give less than 1 star! Were in the process of selling my grandmothers property and the boilers got a fault where the water is getting luke warm not hot. We paid for a fixed price repair because this was the cheapest most affective way to do it. They quite happy took my 300 for their sub contractor to turn up and say hes not doing the job if he fixed it hed have to condemn it. Never entered the property at all. Didnt investigate the actual issue. He just didnt want to do it. even after explaining the situation. Yes the boilers old but theres nothing wrong with it. I paid someone else to do an integrity test on it to prove it was ok which came back as ok. He was going to condemn it without testing it but then didnt put a sticker on to say do not use! He could have left a hazardous boiler still running and quite possibly have killed someone. He just couldnt be bothered. Vokera havent once apologised and after looking at their reviews on here and from word of mouth I will never buy or advise anyone to use them at all. Even the initial contact was with someone that could have done with customer service lessons. How this company is still running is beyond me. Please stay away!!!
