Dry Cleaning For You

Pretty sure this place has closed down. Everytime I've gone past the shutters are always down even though the website says they are open. Shame as the dry cleaning service had always been ok

Not trustworthy. Rude. No apology. Never picked up the phone or answered messages. Really let me down with alterations to a bridesmaid dress. Made a hash of them. Took it to repair. They said it would be done that week. They also wanted to charge for it which I reluctantly accepted as I just wanted it fast by that point so I had little choice. 3 weeks later, after 3 trips back to the shop, 4 days before the wedding Im left with a dress with no zip, a gaping at front and the wrong length. Never rang to tell me it still wasnt ready for the collection time they gave me. I cut my losses and took it anyway. Took no responsibility, blamed it on the zip not arriving. Obviously any colour zip is better than none!

Ruined a dress and not coming back with answers on how to fix it but have confirmed this does happen sometimes. No insurance, no offer to pay for goods - NO APOLOGY. Go to Johnsons and have some come back if things go wrong.
