Status heater failed within 6 weeks after purchase from ebay. Contacted seller and eBay but No reply. Phoned Status direct and spoke to Andy. Immediately the problem solved. Refund authorised!! Exceptional customer service. Will purchase same heater even next in stock.

Bought a few of the wifi enabled bulbs. Easy to install and set up. Nice features including changing temperature of lamp (color), dimming and preset and customizable scenes. Had a small hiccup in setting up one bulbs and emailed customer support. Got an answer back very quickly and resolved the issue straight away. Nice little piece of kit
