I contacted Mark last week regarding a problem one of my customers was having with a PC, he came to collect the item within the hour, the repair was sorted and returned to my customer promptly. What an excellent 5 star service Mark offers. Reasonable price for the work that he did. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Definitely give him a try!

I have nothing but the highest praise for Mark. I have needed his help twice now, first time to upgrade to windows 10 which was done quickly and fully explained when delivering the computer back to me and again today. I had a problem with my computer accessing the internet, Mark came, took my computer away and delivered it back to me today, totally fixed and backed up!!! For someone like me who panics when my computer doesn't work he has been amazing. Totally professional, polite and didn't make me feel silly for not knowing things. I 100% recommend him and will be using Mark for all my computer issues from now. Excellent service

I called Mark as we were having problems with our two business laptops running windows 10, both were mainly slow to the point of being unusable. Mark suggested replacing the hard drives with SSD ( solid state) drives and upgrading both to windows 11. I also asked him to upgrade the ram memory to 8G which he was able to do on one machine. Mark also gave us advice on upgrading to Microsoft 365 family too.The laptops are now fantastic the speed loading webpages and files is 100% improved and we would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
