        Bought a great car last year at a reasonable price but the aftercare service is the worst I have ever experienced. Initially I found out that the car had not been serviced before I picked it up despite being told it had. After weeks of trying to sort and numerous unreturned messages and phone calls, I managed to get it service at a local Stoneacre garage. (Not their fault, but I did pick up a bus lane charge dropping it off at the local garage as I don't know the area well). I have now also found out they have not sent off the change of ownership slip and I am back round to trying to sort with unreturned phone calls and tax due in 4 weeks. Pardon the pun, but this garage is a car crash.
