Unfortunately I dealt with some terrible customer service from a girl named Nicola at Didgi Widgi. Emails I'd sent were not responded to regarding queries about my canvases. When I called and asked to speak to Sam Freek personally, I was hang up on. Tried calling back again and emailing. But still to no avail.
I personally think Nicola at Didgi Widgi is mortified with how she has treated a customer and is keeping me at arm's length from speaking to her boss.
Would have loved to have purchased some art but due to the level of customer service I've rated Didgi Widgi a 1 star. As feeling a valued customer is paramount to any business or company.
