Never had a good experience phoning these. This morning the line was engaged for over half an hour not even letting me get past the options, but then again not that surprised its always been like that.

I was waiting (along with another patient) a very long time before anyone came out. I handed in some paperwork, but have yet to receive confirmation of this. I saw the Nurse for blood tests and everything went well. The blood pressure machine gave a very low reading though! Most results were on my phone that evening, but the Cholesterol (the one I was most interested in) came a few days later.

Honestly the worst doctors I've ever had to deal with. Tried for two weeks to resolve a repeat prescription issue but can't resolve it as their phone line just beeps and nobody answers. Had to get an emergency prescription from 111. Now I have tried again to sort it and again can't speak to a person. Phone line just beeps. Has done for two weeks. Absolute shambles. 111 won't re-do an emergency prescription so now I have absolutely no idea what I'm going to do. I've now set the wheels in motion to leave this surgery. Honestly disgraceful. IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT JOINING THIS DOCTORS DON'T DO IT

Really helpful took my 83 year old dad to get a tooth out nice helpful staff .only down side no sign on main road to give you directions

Its not rocket science that when you close one surgery the other has to pick up all incoming calls for both surgeries and simply cant cope! After 15 minutes trying to get through I was eventually told by the system that my call was important to them but Im 18th in the queue. 18th?! Ridiculous and inadequate seems to be the norm here lately. Local health care has been trashed by centralising the medical centres. Written on the day Jnr Drs unions are demanding a 35% pay rise!
