The care & dignity given to my mother-in-law in her last weeks was exceptional. All the girls are fantastic & supported my father-in-law with empathy while continuing their usual high standard of care. The carers really do care & never rush, always have time to chat which means so much to the family. This clearly comes from their management as we have not had the same experience with other care companies. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you once again Claire & team xx

Been with the company 4 years now, fantastic place to work who help and support people with different needs, the management are brilliant you can talk to them whenever you wish too

Never gave dad the care he was due,or the care Cumbria were paying them to give dad. Sometimes never turned up,forgot meds on a number of visits.forgot to pick meds up often.booked times down that were not correct. This is not just my opinion.. The more we speak up the more people in the area will get the care they should receive & that cumbria are paying them to deliver. There are some good staff. But on the whole very very disappointing.they were paid to fulfil a contract of care:They never/very rarely did. We now have Bell care,dad is a better person thanks to them.
