Unfortunately we had to take our dog Pepsi in who sadly died in the early hours of the 26/4/23. We rang at 8am and they quickly booked us in for 9am. The lady who dealt with us (sorry forgot name) was brilliant, so compassionate towards us but especially to my wife, told us what would happen and eased our broken hearts. The guy who helped carry our dog out of the car was great too, 24hrs later we had our girl home with us. Couldnt of asked for better service and the presentation box was beautiful. Thank you for looking us and our beautiful Pepsi.

Absolutely disgusting service. Phoned the day after our gsd passed and asked when he would be collected from vet and how long before we could get him home. The awful woman on phone had no compassion at all.She said.. He will be collected on the thurs their scheduled day and returned following Thursday. I asked if possible if we could collect him from themselves but it was a definite no... you have to collect from vets as that's our policy... after collecting our boy today. His certificate said he was cremated on Friday 3rd so we could have had him home so much sooner. Feeling so let down by this place

I can not recommend this company enough, the lady i have always dealt with is such a lovely lady. I have used this company twice in the last few years (12yr old dwarf bearded dragon and 13yrs old German sheperd) and each time they have been wonderful, so caring and respectful of our beloved pets however yesterday I took my adult autistic son down with his dwarf Russian hamster and she was amazing talking him through the different things he could do with ashes and letting him talk about his beloved furbaby and when we went back today to collect him again taking the time to show him the beautiful boxes that he was in and even making him smile and have a little giggle which was amazing to see I honestly can not thank you enough for making a very difficult time for my son feel a little bit better. From the bottom of my heart thank you.
