I rang a lady called Sarah to book a lesson for my daughter. I was told to book a private lesson to see which class my daughter would fit in, this was to be done online, and sarah was going to put extra lesson's online for that Saturday. This didn't happen and I tried this twice with no success, to be fair sarah was nice about the hiccups at that time. Sarah said she would get back to me which never happened so I had to ring again for a forth time. This time sarah booked me in manually for the following Sat a 2pm, my daughter was delighted. Saturday came and my wife turned up with one very exited little girl. My wife met by Declon, who said we did not have a booking, my wife rang me and I explained what had gone on. He then said there was nothing he could do and my wife said he was horrible about it. I got another phone call of my wife intears and my daughter also and gutted. I hope this couple are happy with the terrible and shocking experience they have left my daughter with. Stay away can't be trusted. And as for the way he responded to how I addressed you, I called you the lady I spoke too so how was that a bad thing??? You did recognise your mistakes and offer me a refund but in my wife and daughters eyes the damage was done. Sort your husbands attitude and temper.
