        I initially contacted MTB Monster based on the best price and availability of the bike that I bought through my Cycle to Work scheme. I have to say that the employees at this company demonstrated the very best in customer service. Not just extremely friendly and helpful but always immediately answering a phone call and immediately responding to an email. This company is definitely a ten out of ten top company.
