        Used them on Amazon. They use yodel as a delivery partner. Yodel have delivered to the wrong address and the seller is now refusing to either refund or resend the item. Wasnt an expensive item, only 24, but the seller is responsible to ensure what I buy actually reaches me. Theyre asking me to tap all my neighbours doors Ive text the neighbour WhatsApp group but I dont work for Yodel so Im not running around all day on a treasure hunt for some chocolates. Get outta here! Ridiculous company, honestly exhausting to deal with their customer service reps and theyre behaving like Id go to some extreme lengths to steal a bag of chocolate. Do not use them.
