        I have always found the staff on the phones helpful and polite, the staff that deliver and maintain the equipment respectful and understanding. My thanks today to Jerry who came promptly to mend the rails of the bed .

        This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. Confirmed deliveries were missed many times. Rude, uninformed and idiotic staff. Have no idea what equipment they have given or are due to collect. Disgusting.

        ot measured for grab rails so that i could enter the shower safely and did a diagram where they should be placed. - twice they come with no diagram to follow - waste of tax payers money and havering council should certainly not use them judging by the bad reviews here. waiting to use the shower since `13 june 2022. i can understand now why people are in hospital bed blocking
