I would like to thank the company and customer service associates , especially for an outstanding customer service and prompt delivery. The order was very complicated from the beginning, but I was assisted by a very knowledgeable and patient support team and the delivery was on time. Highly recommend to use this company .

Good prices but terrible customer service. I made an order for delivery and afterwards amended the order to add extra items. I then received a phone call to ask if I would be able to take the order at short notice, and said if the extra items I ordered were included it would be fine. When the order arrived the extra items were not included and when I pointed this out the company blamed this on me and gave me the option of either buying the items somewhere else or paying an extra 72 for delivery and thus negating any savings I would have made. Think I'll stick with my helpful local wood supplier in future.
