        After 20 years at previous surgery we recently transferred to this one.weve found the receptionists professional and polite even when stressed out and the drs have been great.

        Have been speaking to a Consultant Angie over the last couple of months, thought my toughest times and roughest times shes been the best support I couldve got next in line from family. Without her help I honestly wouldnt have been able to recover from a very traumatic event I had to experience in my life. Words cannot describe how helpful shes been and its honestly the reason as to why I have made a recovery back to reality, in a quicker period than I wouldve thought.

        Worse GP ever. I was there few years ago and a Muslim gp woman was treating me. Also blackmailing. She did ask me inappropriate questions such as what my religion and believes are.

        Disgusting, disgraceful, patronising. Horrible staff that SHOULD NOT be allowed to mix with patients. Drs are OK but the reception staff need to learn how to speak to people. The answer machine when you ring says, rude patients will not be tolerated. Its such a shame that it doesnt include rude, receptionists, Only 2 stars and 50 reviews just shows you and 80% of the complaints are around the reception staff. I would really get rid of them and start again.
