Very much a mixed bag with these agents... booked a viewing and no one turned up at the property only for me to have to chase the office. Recently had a missed call, to which I called back and got told "my colleague sent you an email, check your emails". only one person at the office that has communicated with me goes by the name Zak seems a nice enough character and provides updates on new properties..... however the interaction today i experienced over the phone was not the slightest bit professional, only asked if there was anything new that they had taken on, to which I just got a "NO" well actually they do have new properties listed and either can't be bothered or don't know themselves whats new. I'll stick to talking to Zak via email instead the others over the phone.

Absolutely fantastic services the team are so professional, We sold our 2 houses in the heights on the pandemic and all safety procedures were put in place. Monty and his team at Redbridge have been very professional. After accepting the offer Lesley kept us updated till the day of completion. Special thanks to Monty and Lesley:) Will not hesitate to use them again and again or to recommend to family and friends.
