I had the worst experience with guys! Customer service is appalling, they Will practically ignore you when you wait at the counter. The delivery will arrive with missing and damaged parts with no invoice. Really cowboy stuff. They will sell you a dream with the prices and they never pick up the phone so chasing these guys takes weeks. Kirat is polite but inconsistent and the one with the yankey accent just says yes to everything its really patronising. Go watermarks instead and save yourself the hassle!

Very poor customer service Happy to take the money But cant keep their promise to deliver the things Bought tiles from them Taken the money from us but when it comes to deliver , kept asking us to pick up When we went to pick up We have been told that only few tile boxes are available Rest we have to come back again .. Been there literally 10 times Every time they had different excuse Wont recommend to anyone Never going to go back .
