        Would honestly give a zero if I could! Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been emailing since August to get a refund for a festival I showed up to without receiving any notification that it had been postponed. They said at first they would give me a full refund of my package. But now radio silence. It's actually so upsetting. I showed up in Budapest (from London) at my accommodation (included in the package) that the festival wasn't on and there was no booking under my name... Might have to have see what my next steps are to be honest. Or you guys could just refund me?

        This company should not be trading. My son is stranded in Budapest when apparently the foreverland festival has been cancelled. No communication at all regarding this. The hotel that was booked through them has never heard of foreverland. Total scam of a company. You have been warned!
