Ordered a laptop from here, and read Google reviews afterwards, which instantly had me worrying as it didn't look good, BUT all was good in the end. Ordered my laptop which was "in stock" on their website. Phoned customer services after 4 days as I hadn't received a dispatch email, which was again, quite concerning considering the recent reviews. I was told that the laptop wasn't in stock, and they were expecting delivery in 11 days time. Quite disheartening when your delivery time is meant to be 3-5 days max. Held off till then, phoned back up to make sure it was in stock, to which they couldn't actually give me an answer, but ensured me that iwlt would be sent out immediately from the warehouse, if the delivery came in. (Both phone calls to customer services were handled very well in all fairness). Sure enough, 3 days later, I receive a delivery which was the laptop, a total of 2 weeks after initial purchase. Overall, they are a genuine company and sell good laptops, as I'm very happy with the laptop now that I've eventually got my hands on it, but I think their website needs a good overhaul to make sure their stock levels are kept up to date.

They offer a good service if you do not have any problems with the device. The delivery was fast and I have no complaints about it. However, if you need assistance for faulty problems in your device, the only way to contact them is by email. The battery of my Asus8 is not working properly, I need to return it as soon as possible and they do not answer my emails. There is no guidance for return on the website, no phone to contact. Really disappointed!

My order arrived damaged which they originally agreed to refund me or replaced the item 2 weeks later I asked what is happening they then replied that they won't replaced or refund me and blamed me for the damaged
