The worst company I've ever dealt with DO NOT DEAL these people... I didn't even buy the product through them they act as the payment processor so I've been going through department to department for the last 2 months about a missing parcel nobody knows what's going on!!! I've decided it's best to no longer peruse a refund as its clear I'm not getting anywhere and it's been 2 months of stress and I'm getting the same old reply when I email her that's she "chasing it" total lies and a dishonest work place!! ! ... This is the manager (her name is des) totally useless literally useless!!! Cut your loses and move on that's what I say even tho I've been robbed in broad daylight

Black Friday price reductions from this company appear to be a scam, I have paid for my goods on a 2-4 day delivery. The order was placed on 19/11/2022. Goods are in stock and not being released by FiveTech Ltd. This has been confirmed by FiveTech ltd customer services who has confirmed theyre are being held at the warehouse. It has been over 3 weeks since the order was placed, and it has become clear that FiveTech ltd have no intention of releasing the goods. I will now be escalating to ASUS international as FiveTech ltd are the UK provider.

I bought an item on amazon from this company, despite advertising the item as an ASUS TUF A17 (2022), what arrived was an ASUS TUF F15 (2021), which is a significantly worse model at a terrible price for what I paid. This is a straight-up scam and I am infuriated that they are allowed to get away with such blatantly malicious sales tactics. For your own sake do not purchase for them, or laptopoutlet as they appear to be the same company.

Awful customer service. Laptop had issues, well over a month waiting for a repair to a business laptop. Had to purchase a new one (from another supplier in the meantime) Avoid.

The most obtuse, time-consuming, misleading, and frustrating return process I've ever endured. At every stage they made life harder. Will never use again, and permanently lowered my opinion of Asus.
