        Never actually received my order and it took 3 weeks to get a refund. Reported to trading standards a few more reports to stop this company trading as they also removed my last review shame shamed

        AVOID!!! Incompetent company who refuse to issue me a refund as there courier has failed to deliver!!! Been a month and they now say they will refund when they receive the jumper back from courier, its clear that the jumper is lost!!! I have now got national trading standers involved!!! STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THEM THEY HAVE NO IDEA ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

        Ordered 4 coats for my twins and a raincoat. Raincoat never came. They refuse to resend or refund. Will need to contact my bank for further assistance. Won't be using them again.
