        I have experienced the worst customer service by a lady who is called Mita in the Woodford branch. She was supposed to send me an email, she never did. She couldn't give me answers regarding a product over the phone. I called her a few times and she put the phone down! I called again and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes for Mita to only put the phone down again! I do not recommend this company! The worst customer service you will never get served and their staff put the phone down on you!

        35% 're-stock' fee if you change your mind on flooring and would like something else. Even offered to put the stock back on the shelves myself!

        Recently had flooring taken up by contractor who then couldnt find matching laminate. Frustrated I went on the search and found IDS. Paul in store went above and beyond to help me find the right match. You just dont get customer service like that these days. Nice one Paul.
