        Zoe is a real task-mistress but with a huge amount of fun - honest. I continue to be amazed at the enormous variations of exercises possible on the reformer. It looks such a 'simple' device but has the power to make you ache all over (in a great way). Zoe makes hard work enjoyable and I look forward to Reformer sessions every week - Definitely recommended!
