        I all want to say is how amazing Kay was. My sister was let down with my nephew balloons for his 16th in lockdown. I contact Kay to see if she could help and she definitely did. Thank you once again at least my nephew had some joy for his birthday lockdown. Definitely will be using you in the future.

        Kay at Carousel Balloons was an absolute delight and a wonderful lady who rescued my wifes birthday party since she was called in at the eleventh hour after another party let us down. We were so pleased with her creation and how she dressed the event! I will definitely use her at future events, ofcourse this time providing her ample notice! Thank you Kay!
